OVERVIEW
There are two primary methods of getting in touch with the Corporate Helpdesk to report IT-related issues:
- Call us on 800-969-4310 and leave us a voicemail message (please note that no live agents will be available to answer your call).
- Email us at helpdesk@devereux.org
When contacting us, you should always provide the following information. This will enable us to better handle your issue:
- Your full name.
- Your best contact phone number (and preferred time to call back if not always available).
- AÂ brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
Please do not submit more than one ticket per issue at a time. If an agent has not yet been assigned your initial request then adding more tickets to the queue is not going to ensure you get a response any quicker. Infact, submitting multiple tickets will lengthen the queue and causes response time delays.
If you are attempting to contact the Helpdesk from a personal email address, it is even more important that you leave your full name and contact number. If you email the Helpdesk from a personal account and do not adequately identify yourself then your ticket may be closed after 24 hours if you cannot be contacted. Please note that Devereux's security policies do not allow sensitive information such as passwords to be sent to non-Devereux email addresses.Â
