About the Corporate Helpdesk
The Devereux Corporate Helpdesk is based in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and is a team of under ten agents supporting over 7,000 staff across all Devereux centers.Â
The Helpdesk uses a queue-based system where all submitted tickets are assigned to agents in the order they are received. Tickets are typically generated by email (helpdesk@devereux.org) or voicemail messages left on the main Helpdesk number (800-969-4310).
The standard Helpdesk hours of operation are as follows:
Monday to Friday - 8:00am EST to 7:00pm EST
Saturday and Sunday - 12:00pm EST to 1:00pm EST
Public Holidays - limited or no support available
Any tickets received outside of the above hours will be handled during the next business day.
