OVERVIEW

  • Florida and CCK staff (excluding Heartland for Children) are recommended to contact their local FL IT helpdesk team before reaching out to Corporate support. Florida Helpdesk staff are often more likely to respond quicker and - in many cases - may be better qualified to support more Florida-specific applications, hardware, and network issues.

  • Please note that Florida tickets sent to Corporate Helpdesk are usually automatically re-routed down to the Florida team for further review and response.
